Weather Watch on the Old Hancock Building

Architecture Abounds
Lots of tall buildings have blinking lights on their roofs, but there is one building in Boston on which the blinking lights tell you the weather, if you know the code. Use your ability to read Boston's weather forecast on the old Hancock building to wow your companions with your ability to accurately predict weather in a city that's notorious for its unpredictable weather.

Instructions:

See if you can spot the 26-story building with the blinking blue and/or red lights, often referred to as the "Old John Hancock Building" and recently renamed the "Berkeley Building." It's located in Copley Square, next to its younger sibling: the 60-story all-glass John Hancock Tower, the tallest building in New England. Now that you know how to find the blinking lights on the old Hancock building, memorize the following rhyme to decode the message the lights convey about the weather forecast:
Steady blue, clear view.
Flashing blue, clouds due.
Steady red, rain ahead.
Flashing red, snow instead.
In the summer, a flashing red light no longer forecasts snow: it means the Red Sox game has been cancelled.

Conclusion:

Here is the most recent addition to the rhyme:
Flashing Blue and Red, The Curse of the Bambino is dead!
